Don't take anymore calls from them. I looked it up on whocalled.us and most peoples responses to the number state when they call it back they always get a busy signal. That right there is not a good sign. Must major creditors would never have a busy signal. There are also some response for that number on 800notes.com
Sounds like one of those prepaid visa/mastercards that you can only spend with that company or something weird/fishy.
Based on the responses you might rec'v quite a few calls from them unfortunately. Hope this helps.

I just received a call back from them and the guy said that they have a website maxcare.com and I went there and it is only medical and legal crap. He also said that there was a one time fee of $99.95 and a monthly fee of $29.95, not including the amount of credit that you use off of the card. Then I told him that I was needing some time to research them and that I would call back @ a later date. He said that you don't have time b/c the is a one time only promotion and is only valid right now for you. What a load of bs...

Just to let everyone know, I called the main Maxcare company and this card is valid. The lady that I spoke with said that it was a real card and asked me if I still wanted the card and I told her no, that I really didn't want to be screwed out of money again...
