Did you go to your bank and ask for their address info. It should be available there. Tell the bank manager about the unauthorized debits. They will dispute with the company and get your money back.

already did that...they have no info from timber hill...ill keep looking..

Do you remember the website when you applied for the loan? If you have anything in writing from them, you might find a phone number there.

got in touch with them...apparently I have been 45 a week for 5 months...LOL...I thought I had paid the original 300 but i gues I didn't ...guess there is nothiong i can do but pay the pied pipe...oh well...

That thread states someone believes Timberhill is part of PD6 Ventures and lists a number of 800-757-0122. Give it a shot.

This website has no affiliation with any payday loan firms. If you still are having issues, my best advice, as troublesome as it may be, is to close your bank account and open a new one. Then DO NOT give your new banking info to any companies that might direct deposit or debit that account except for your work. When a company tries to debit a closed account, you tend to hear from them pretty quick.
