Anyone ever deal with Universal Lenders Inc? If you haven't then don't! If you have had any experience with them please let me know, are the allowed to use ethnic slurs when calling consumers regarding their debt?

I don't think any business is allowed to look the consumers down. You need to show your proof that the lender has done something against the law.
