I came across a site that list a number of credit card companies that will give you a credit card with bad credit. This can help restore your credit rating.

Please be careful if you apply and are approved for one of these..I am not a fan of bad credit credit cards, they usually have sky-high interest rates, enormous fees, and absolutely no room for error.
I did notice that they offer secured cards though..This is a really good way to build into an unsecured card. It's hard to mess it up, because you're using your own money.
