May i need a help who can pay me to debt off

My name is Vance , I am deaf a person and i am
no longer to work because i have a problem
illness. I am on social security disable income
least 900 dollars and it is not enought for me
to pay with those my debt . They can't give me
10,500 dollars as loan because statement of
credit denial or termination . I am totally
upset , so i am going force to pay on myself
and work hard on my budet. It is so hard for
me to find someone who can help me to do with
my debt ! I don't want to close all of my
credit because it can be put me bad on my name
in credit , so i may can't have it any longer
til 7 or 10 years . I dont do that . I prefer
to pay them first , then i will pick three
different best credit cards thati can keep in
the future . Other credit cards , i want close
it before pay . It will not hurt me if that
will help ? Please don't call me on the phone
because i am deaf a person and i can't hear on
