I dont want to lose my license due to these loans

live in ohio presently have 5 payday loans tomorrow they will start going thru bank have called them and explained situation single mother of three newly divorced no childsupport for first 7 months they said it will go to bank anyway regardless of situation please help i am a nurse and i dont want to lose my license due to this i told them i was willing to pay every two weeks thanks

Who are the loan companies? Are they internet or storefront lenders?

Check them if they are licensed in your state. Most internet loan companies do business without a license. You will get some ammunition if they are not licensed. Did the company give you any contract mentioning the fees and interest rates? Compare it with your state laws and find out if they have added the charges properly. If they are violating most of the laws, it will be safe for you to go to your bank and close your checking account, or block them from making a debit. When they call you after not getting the money, show your point make payment arrangements accordingly.
