How do I get the listing of SEARS-CBSD and CRUSA-SEARS off of my credit report.

You might want to try disputing it with the credit reporting age
You might want to try disputing it with the credit reporting agency that has it listed on your CR. I was successful in disputing some inaccuracies in my report. It usually doesn't take more than 30-45 days to hear back from them.
