I dealt with them over a year ago. They were really pleasant to deal with when I made my payment arrangements with them. Do you have a current loan with them?

To Mishele: Yes I have a loan with them for $250 +50 finance charge since 09/12/2006 on the loan agreement it says tht one payment for $300 will be due on 10/6/2006 they have been debiting the account for $50.00 since 10/6/2006 every two weeks. Should I blocked them ? the loan agreement does not mention any rollover fee.

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner. I really can't remember how I actually paid them back during the loan process but I know they took two money orders for me to pay them off. I don't understand why they haven't taken the full payment from you if that's what the original terms have called for. What state do you live in?
