does usa benefits ever refund your money?

I was actually charged $49.99 by this company, when I saw it on my account I immediately contacted them and within 48 hours the money was put back in my account. I must have got lucky and spoke to a nice CR. He told me that they get those complaints alot because people who apply for pdls online don't realize they agree to this service. Luckily he was understanding and refunded my money back with no problem.

I had the money put back into my account also. I contacted them about 3 days later after it had been taken out and they said that it should be credited within 48 hours and it was.

I too was billed..2 times. I was in the hospital and did not check my credit card which is paid automatically. I found out that this company is also associated with a company that says they are an identity theft protection company..and they billed me too.
