why do they keep taking money

Northway debit keeps taking money from my acct every friday and now my aact is over drawn i will have my bank stop payment because when i look at previous months they have takin at least 700 dollars in the last month or so

Hi lveasy3 and welcome to the forum :D Northway debit is the name of the transaction they use for payday loans with Sonic, CTC, Paydayavenue, etc. Do you have a loan with one of these places? Just asking b/c I had a loan with Paydayavenue and on my paydays they would debit the amount of the loan plus interest, then you would have the option to reloan which starts the cycle all over again.

What state are you in?

What state are you in and do you have the option of closing your bank acct so that you can gain control of your finances?
