Borrow Cash Now problems

I got a payday loan from a company called Borrow Cash Now. One of my payments didnt clear. I have not heard anything from them. I have emailed them, but they come back as undeliverable from Delprado Holdings. I have called and left messages, nobody has returned my calls. When I check my account status online it says its in collections, but I have gotten nothing in the mail and no phone calls.
Any suggestions on what I should do? I've looked up Delprado on the internet, and found nothing. Thats actually how I found this site.
Any info. or suggestions would be appreciated.
