What can I do about to report this company
I just received a call fron allied interstate and the lady "Jessica" was very rude and unprofessional. She cleary violates the fdcpa laws espcially when she spoke to my mom. I didn't appreciate it and want to do something about the antics of the company.

Start recording the phone calls and get a proof of unfair collection practices. Verify your state laws if you need to take their permission before recording or it can be done secretly. Note down the number of calls with date and time along with the name of the caller. You should have sound proof if taking legal actions. Upon wining the case in the court, the CA has to compensate for the damages.
