Does anyone know about having liens removed from my property?
Liens are placed on property if you have not paid the debts. Aft
Liens are placed on property if you have not paid the debts. After the payment is done in full, a settlement agreement is prepared and the lien is removed from the property. However, a notice that the lien existed will still be available on the public record and the lien will be listed as withdrawn.
In case, the lien was issued in error, dispute the entry who is issuing the public record. They will check and if this is the case, they will show that the lien was issued in error and withdrawn.
