Do I have any options?
A customer service representative from Corporate Receivables is telling me that if I don't agree to the deal he is giving me, which is to pay $2300 instead of $3800 to get rid of this debt that there is no other way he can help me, but when I call the arrow financial who gave them this account they keep referring me back to Corporate receivables. I told the agent that I want to pay monthly payments, but he stated that is not an option. I have no idea what I should do. Any ideas.

I agree. You should have the debt validated first and then keep pushing for payment plan. Don't pay what you can't afford. Keep records of everything. When you correspond with them do it by certified mail with return signature. Write down date, time, and name of customer representative you talk to at Corporate Receivables. Good luck.
