Well, they won't be in Salt Lake City for long. The Utah state legislature is looking very hard at PDLs and wants to shut them down. In CashNet's case it probably won't make much of a difference. I live in Salt Lake City, but I'm making payments to Hauppauge, New York. Go figure!?!
