Stopping the calls at Work

I know that I saw a template for a Letter to make sure calls do not come to your work. But I cant find it anymore I have searched though the threads.. if anyone can direct me to the correct place. I would be very grateful.. Not sure if they are different state to state but I am in CA
thanks

Whom will you be sending the cease and desist communication to?

As per the federal laws, the rule is applicable only on third party collection agencies. This doesn't work on a creditor or an internal collection dept of the creditor. They are not required to follow any of the laws put in the fdcpa.

Besides in the letter section, find one letter in this link too. Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested.

The payday people called me so much at work I thought it would never stop. After the complaints were filed with AG they stopped because they knew they were illegal and they owed me money. I overpaid every one of them. Good Luck KYSIDE38
