a friend had weird call from this number and wanted his credit card number for his son's bill for $57.this maybe a scam not sure.Just want check them out.

It could be a scam or it could be a collection agency trying to get him to pay a bill that isn't his. Either way, just hang up on them and don't give them credit card or any other personal info, no matter what they say.
I just called it. It's a compnay by the name of "General Revenue

It started as a recording, but then a live person picked up before I could listen further. Maybe try calling it after 9pm and see if you can hear what it is.
