I have some paydays loans that I am having trouble trying to pay. They are threatening to take legal action and I am scared to death I am making small payments its just not what they want what should i do

Unfortunately, so many of us have the tragic stories of being in payday loan debts. It makes me think now why do we take such loans at the first place? Aren't we aware of the consequences that are now happening? It's a sad thing to find life in such a shape.

If these pay day loans are store front,try going and talking with them.I did this more than once, and explained I wasn"t trying to get out of my debt,but needed help for a while and they worked with me. If they are internet,let us know which ones,alot operate under shady circumstances and are run illegally.Consolidation may help you,someone will contact you and discuss what options are best for you. Both of those companies are Rio Resources. What state are you in? I'm willing to bet that they are not licensed to lend in your state. I dealt with Rio myself..As did a lot of other people here. I was able to get a refund from them. Can you tell us more about your situation? We can help you here.
