Certified Letter

Has anyone ever recieved a certified letter from a payday lender or there collection agency after you defaulted on your loan?

I received a letter certified mail but I refused it. The only thing it said on the slip in my mailbox was PayDay. I actually never went to pick it up...I'm thinking it may have been from Instantpayday which I defaulted on their loan.
