Bank Of America - Are they easy to settle with?
Can anyone tell me who to call at BofA and what number? I have 13K in debt and would like to settle for no more than 30% if possible. Thank you.

BofA is the easiest to negotiate with. You should be able to settle at that level. Are you behind yet? They generally won't start talking settlement until you're around 90 days past due.
