If you are looking into this company don't use them, customer service is very unprofessional and plain rude. They keep informing me that they have been trying to contact me both via email and phone and have been unsuccessful, yet I have not received any correspondence from them. They keep threatening to cancel my acct even thought I have more that enough funds in my settlement acct. Just curious if any other Allied clients are being told this same lie?

A lot of debt relief companies out there are just as bad as collectors and PDLs. Its better to try and settle your bills by yourself.
