Collector calls
Come to my residence to serve me some legal documents because I owe Wells Fargo from this number 855-413-9957. What does this mean they stated I over drafted in 2009 an amount of $84.97 and now they are going to send me to court and the balance as of 2009 and now is $300 and they can triple charge me this amount. Can someone tell me if this is a scam or something I should look into?
It's a scam dude. Chill!!!
It's a scam dude. Chill!!! Next time you get a call from Robert Brown, just tell him you're eagerly waiting for him. It's just a fake threat. Just don't bother about these calls.
Make sure you ask for their
Make sure you ask for their address when you get the next call. I bet, you will never get a call after that.
Hey Janet, it's a sure case
Hey Janet, it's a sure case of a debt scam, Don't attend these calls. If he calls again, ask his address and more details about him.
I've been getting the same
I've been getting the same message left on my voice mail from a Daniel Richards, he even went as far as to leave me a case number which my daughter who is a 3rd year law student immediately realized was missing numbers and wasn't even real.
I never spoke with the gentleman personally, but he did state on the 4 messages he left for me that he was a process server and he was calling to serve me a summons of some kind. I immediately knew it had to be a scam, but I had my daughter look into it, just for piece of mind. Matter of fact I just got a message this morning telling me he would be out to my place of employment or my home today between 3 and 5 to get my signature otherwise and if he couldn't get it that I would be deemed in contempt. Anyone with half a brain knows the system doesn't work that way. Don't even worry about these clowns. They are definitely scammers just trying to scare you for whatever reason, and I can say that with 100% certainty.
