I also got loan from speedy cash switched bks on last payment bank said they sent iy have paper it sent there they claim never got it they want thw whole all over again I said no they put it on my credit record the bank is making me pay it or find dif bank not happy at all they are scam artists or very illegal operaors beware not legal in wisconsi as far as I know

they are legal in every state they lend in,and ed astra is a legal collector who is an attorney so while you can file complaints against speedy cash.they are legal and you should contact astra and see if you can settle this.

It is unfortunate that you had to go through such circumstances. If they are really illegal in your state, then all you need to do is pay back the principal amount. Are you sure that Speedy Cash is illegal? As far as I know, they are legal in your state.
