Will the SOL period start all over again if I move from one state to another, if the SOL on the debt is different?

The SOL period won't change. The SOL period of the state where the debt originated will be applicable. It won't change. Suppose, if you have borrowed a personal loan in California and then moved to Arizona, then in that case the SOL period of the California will be applicable.

The SOL will not change. The SOL will be applicable to the state from where you took out the debt. If you know the state from where the debt originated, then tell us the name of the state. We can tell you the SOL period of that state.
