I have been receiving numerous calls and messages from a blocked number. They state that they are calling from a company called Legal Support Services and have been contracted to reschedule a summons to appear. They leave no name and say I have 24 hours to call them back in order to avoid a failure to appear or documentation will be issued and give me a 1800 number and claim number in reference to their call. I have not received any written documentation in the mail or have further more been issued a summons in person. Is this legit or even legal?? Not sure if i'm being scammed?

The number is 855-758-4432. I have researched the number but haven't gotten any sufficient information about it. My automatic assumption was that it was a scam, but I wasn't sure about the litigation process regarding a summons. Rest assure you answered my question. Thanks!
It is a scam...nobody calls
It is a scam...nobody calls in advance to warn you of a summons! What is the 800 number? Have you researched it???
