PRA Receivables Management LLC


This is just to weird or fishy to me. I received a letter in the mail today from the Bankruptcy Court stating that PRA Receivables is asking that a claim be transferred to them which was originally filed by LVNV Funding. Now the part that is weird to me is that Resurgent Capital originally filed the claim to be paid, not LVNV, even though they are one of the same. I just wonder why this is? It's obvious that Resurgent Capital aka LVNV Funding sold the claim to this PRA Receivables and I wonder why. I can't wait until tomorrow morning when my attorney's office opens up, so I can see what's going on with this. Oh, I believe PRA stands for Portfolio Recovery.

technically,they can't.any debt in any BK is protected by the stay.these are two lowest of the low when it comes to both pdl lending and bottomfeeder collecting.most everyone else will
obey the stay.
