Garnishment
ISAC was to garnish my check for 9 months, but I was told that due to the current economic situation they may not be able to find a lending institution and would have to continue the garnishment. Can they do that? My 40 hr week has been cut to 22 hrs.

Were you making payments over and above the garnishment to rehab the account?? Unfortunately a lot of guarantors have lost their lenders for rehab.So yes they can continue the garnishment...however it will be less due to your lower hours.
