If you read the student loan forum, you will see that no court order is required to be guaranished for federal student loan debt. What is the name of the collection agency? There is a DOE contractor by the name of Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc but there is no collection agency by the name you have posted....the name alone is against the FDCPA.
