Ok I just spoke with dsc or dcs with great lakes about my student loans that I have with them and I missed tow payments because my mother closed the checking acct that we had unfortunately I didnt know about it so I called them they said it was nothig that I could do because I was on the rehab program and if I dont make a payment by tomorrow then they will start garnishing my wages. Is this true can they actually do that? I want to make a payment but I dont get paid untill the 25 of april and they said that's to bad there is nothing that they can do so what should I do and what can I do

How could you not know that the checking account was closed? How could not know the the payments where not being made? Were you just giving money to your mother?
Have you already received the 30 day garnishment notice? If so, then yes they can start garnishing your wages ASAP. I would suggest you borrow funds from your mother asap.
