CA trying to collect on Illegal loan/fraudulent loan
We have had someone take out a loan in husband's name. This was a fraudulent loan, which we never took out. The loan was taken out under plain green LLC/payday loans. CA contacted us and were not very helpful, and said we would have to pay the loan off. We filed police report, for Fraudulent loan, and would like whoever took loan out to be prosecuted.

it will be tricky getting an id theive prosecuted unless you know who exactly did it.now you send this CA a copy of the police report and tell them to kick rocks.you don't owe this,and anyplace that still contends you owe after that is a botomfeeder that should be reported not paid.
