What is the SOL period in City of Industry?
got laid off after my divorce in 2010. I couldn't make payments on credit cards. The credit card debt amount was around $10,000. The debt was settled for around $5500. The status of the account is showing as closed and paid as settled. On the other hand, the account is showing as past due also. Why is it so? I have some other debts also. Please tell me the SOL period in City of Industry, California.
