"Nansen Jewels of {something} Systems" (don't trust me on the spelling of his name - that is my best phonetic attempt). Not Radiant, though. Some other company name.
heh heh heh....fourth attempt to call got a real person that answered. :D I would wait until after 10pm and call the number. Then you should be able to try and figure out what the company name is.
