A round of applause

I just wanted to say thanks and give a big hand to those regulars I see posting advice. I browse through different subjects, (this site is becoming an addiction, actually - lol) and besides the responses to my own questions, I have learned alot. I feel much more empowered and wish I had found this site when I was in real bad financial issues. Things are looking better for us, except for that one pesky problem - which by the way I have not gotten an validation for, nor is it on my credit. ANYWAY...a shout out to those of you who provide such good advice and lend an "ear" to all those in need of advice, and just to know that there are others experiencing the same issues, you don't feel so alone. Please don't let a few snide posts get to you - there are soooo many of us that appreciate you ALL. :D
