Can they take mine/my daughters savings bonds?

My parents have bought my little girl savings bonds every year for her b-day & x-mas (she's now 10 years old). A few years ago they started putting them in my name in case when she gets older she can't spend them foolishly. When I file chap 7, will they discover those and try to take them from us? I thought about seeing how I can take them back out of my name, but am afraid they'd question that as well. What should I do? Thanks in advance for any advice.
