Should you inform your employer that you are filing bankruptcy or keep it to yourself until you think he needs to know?
Is there any legal obligation for me to inform my employer? Will my employer receive any legal inquiries?
Also - how can you determine if a potential employer isn't hiring you because you have filed bankruptcy?
