What am I to expect from my inital chap 7 bankruptcy meeting? I am meeting with the trustee and my lawyer today. Is this the only meeting I need to go to? Will the decision be completed today? Thanks!

Is this your 341 meeting at the court? Your attorney should have prepared you for this as that is what you are paying him for.
The decision is not completed today. Generally you will be notified by mail of your discharge between 2-6 months later.

I had my meeting not to long ago and it took about 5 minutes, The trustee just asks you if anything has changed with your finances etc. you will confirm you signed the papers your attorney will show you them again, ask if you came into any money since then, generally if no creditors show up and object which is very rare then they will conclude the meeting and you will receive your discharge after the 60 day waiting period.
