I need to know the same thing, I am in Indiana and am getting ready to file BK7 and was wondering about my 401(k) my job will be ending soon (I work in the auto industry), and I will be on unemployment.

I still get confused looking @ it when thinking about specific items, but all in all this is really helpful. Also, if you use an attorney they can be very helpful in answering this question!
