Does anyone knkow if AAA PayDay Advance UT, llc is a legal company? I live in Louisiana and the pay day lenders, internet or otherwise, or not regulated by OFI; however, I have paid well over the $400 I originally borrowed. Because they would not "work" with me on a settlement, I have revoked the ACH and closed that account. Also, 3B Pay Day loans and LoanShop Online (which I get emails from them and LTS marketing)...If anyone has some info, I would appreciate it...

From what I read under the 'Disclosure' statement on AAA's website, I believe they are illegal.
The other two lenders are illegal as well.
Call the AG's office and have a talk. They might be able to help you out.
