Sorry Phoenix,
I want to file chapter 7. All my debt is credit cards and I don't own any property or cars. There are the offical bankruptcy forms and procedural forms. I am looking at the website from US Courts.

Some of these forms don't apply to my situation,do you fill out every form or only the ones that apply. Please let me know if I left anything out and I'll post.

It depends on what your state requires. Also, there are local forms, so don't just go by the US Court site. You will need to look at your local bk court site. They should have a list of the forms you will need to file for BK.
