Yes! You can file for bankruptcy online in certain circumstances.
As you know the bankruptcy filing is done on 3 conditions.
Completion of information in the bankruptcy form.
Filing the ‘ From’ in the bankruptcy court.
These 2 things can be done through online procedure.
Attending the meeting with the officer who is inspecting your case.
You have to meet the officer in person. You cannot do this online.
