What is the time frame for banks to start their foreclosures?

I am 7 months behind on payments of 1250. I had plans to pay them in the next month. I was told to pay in full or go through a modification which I don't want. What should I do if they refuse to take part payment? What is the time frame for banks to start their foreclosures?

Usually, banks give out a time frame of 120 days to start the foreclosure system.

I think the better option is to consult an attorney if you refuse to obey the norms of banks.

Call 800-DEBT-913.
