Welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear about the financial troubles you are currently going through. You stated that you have never talked to anyone from USA Credit, so therefor you have a right to file a fraudulant charge case against them. You'll need to contact your financial institution, and tell them of the situation. They'll possibly credit back your account the $9.95, plus any reverse any overdraft charges you might have incurred.

Second, contact the place where you are paying your car payments to, if different from your bank or credit union. They'll possibly charge you a NSF charge if the check didn't cash. However, if you provide them proof from your financial institution that the bounce wasn't your fault, they'll be in favor for you, and run the the check a second time without any penalty charges.

After all checks have cleared, you might want to consider changing your account number. This could eliminate anyone who has your information and is using for gain purposes.

Regards-
Mike

There is a whole topic on this board about USA Benefits, its now 10 pages long, they have taken many of us on this board. Some have received refunds and some have not,but make sure you call them and cancel so that they will not charge you again. After seeing how easy it is for anyone to get my personal information,I decided to close my checking account and open a new one.I will never put my information on the internet again. It has been a lesson well learned. :(

As twokidtwocat said, check these links in which you will find other people complaining about these unauthorized debits from USA Benefits.

It is advised to contact your bank and put a stop payment on your checking account. Hopefully, you will be able to prevent a lot of these fraudulent activities.
