Whats laws of jurisdiction do I fall under? (SONIC Payday)

This is a portion of what contains in my question:
"Will the third party collection agency go thorough in serving me papers to appear in court?
According to my loan agreement which I received via email on the day I applied for the loan, they follow by the Republic of Ireland laws. Is the law of Ireland applicable in the USA?"
This was Ben's reply:
"Sonic has business operations in USA and this makes them follow the fdcpa and FCRA guidelines."
But according to you,"US laws have no bearing no your transaction." I am now confused. :? What laws of jurisdiction do I fall under? USA or Malta?

I still say that even if Sonic is following the laws of Republic of Ireland, they will have to follow the Federal laws if they are doing business here in USA.
