prosecute on bad check charges

I read on line somwhere that in some states they can still prosecute on bad check charges for payday loans. Does anyone know what states these are? I was just wondering if Ellis Crosby and associates have any ground to stand on?

Mdow- As far as i know NO they dont have a ground to stand on. I woul ask your Disctrict Attorney if they can, thats the only real way to find out
