I just received a call from Ellis, Crosby and Associates. They told me they were filing 2 fraud charges on me today at 2:00 PM. They asked me if anyone had come to my job or my home. They want me to money gram them $1070 on a $300 payday loan. I am terrified, I don't know what to do. I am scared. What do I do?


Yeah they are really racking up the bucks on people, including me! They cannot ask you for money becasue they have been suspended from collection acts bc they are out of line

Hi Cyndy

Do not get scared in front of the debt collectors as this fear gives them the chance to bully you. They just can't do anything except filing a case against you and that also if they can prove your debt. They are not proving it and getting agitated because they know that they are falsely representing your accounts.

Moreover, business of Ellis Crosby has been suspended for a period of 90 days and this is the reason, they are acting so fierce.

I stand by your side and advise you not to get carried away by their illegal threats. More importantly, many innocent people like you are reporting their illegal action to the FTC and the State Attorney General office even after their membership has been revoked. I guess their days of business can be counted.
