Hi Joesphine

Welcome to the forums. At this stage when you are finding it tough to make regular payments to your debts, you should consider consolidating them for a lower monthly payment.

Not paying towards your debt will result in defaults and hence it will further have bad impact in your credit report. Please do not consider filing for bankruptcy as an option just in case to free yourself from debts because as per the new law, you will still be required to pay a certain amount. At the same time, leaving your debts unpaid will put negative marks on your credit report for as long as 7 years and you may have some difficulties in acquiring credit in the future.

What I suggest you at this stage is that you should consolidate your multiple debts with the debt consolidation program. This program will cut all the financial and late charges from the total amount of your debt. Therefore, you will be required to pay a reduced amount. Additionally, you will be offered a low monthly payment plan which will definitely suit to your present needs.

This program will help you to rebuild your credit and your regular payments will help you to erase your past debts successfully. You will get some time through this program to make payments with comfort.

Though I am sorry about the situation that you are going through, but please do not worry about it because the consultant working in the debt consolidation program will offer you budgeting and counseling sessions which will help you to achieve a debt free life faster. He will also cut all the wasteful expenses (if any) from your daily living needs so that you can save a considerable amount of money following a proper budget.

If you wish to start the debt consolidation program with this company, please register yourself in the sign up page. The consultant in your locality is trained to handle such kind of situations and you will find yourself much relieved after enrollment in the program.

Please let me know if I can assist you further in any way to solve your debt related queries.

Regards
Roxette

Hi,

I think that there is hope for your situation. First, I would suggest that you definitely make sure that you are getting your child support from the father of your child. Many single mothers have problems with enforcement of child support; and for your situation, you cannot afford to allow him to sip on these payments.

So, you should make sure that those payments are made to you. If you are receiving the payments and your find the payments to be inadequate, you should speak with a lawyer about different legal actions that you could pursue against the father to increase the child support.

Now, with your loans, I sense that you are dealing with secured loans. Am I correct? I am pretty sure that your mortgage is secured and there is a good possibility that your car loan is secured. So unfortunately, those types of loans do not qualify under our consolidation program. This consolidation company only deals with unsecured loans. So, if your two small loans are unsecured loans, I would suggest that you contact one of our representatives so that you can consolidate right away.

Since we wont be able to help you with your secured loans, you might want to take a look at a loan consolidation program. They will give you a loan with a relatively low interest rate and you WOULD use that money to pay down your debt. Since the interest on the loans would be relatively low, it would beat paying for your existing loans for the long term.
