Collateral is a piece of property or asset offered to support a loan. Collateral fraud results when you default in making your payments and your property is seized or taken away legally.

Ellis Crosby cannot take any action against you because their business is at stake. Their membership has been revoked and they are going through legal surveillance by the government.

You must have noticed the bad effects of taking a payday loan in your personal life. Though it might be the easiest cash available in the open market, but it is the most hazardous of all. They have the highest rate of interest and it keeps on soaring higher if you default your payments. So, all I will suggest you is to avoid using payday loans. But if you still have no other way left than using it, make sure that you pay it within the due period.

Hi Worried

Welcome to the debt consolidation care forums

The term collateral fraud is an extrinsic type of fraud where a party to the contract is prevented from knowing their rights or is deprived of having the opportunity to appear before the court.

No Ellis Crosby cannot do anything as because they are under the legal surveillance of the government. Further their membership number is also revoked by the government. In addition you should also try to restrain yourself from using payday loans. The interest of this type of loans are usually very high and a consumer ends up paying the interest in repeated cycles but fails to repay the principal amount.

Hope you will find this information useful

Peter
