Consolidation Loans

My husband and I recently purchased a home in 3/16/05 and we are now faced with 20,000 debt. We need either refinancing or some sort of consolidation. Is this possible. We are current on the house to this day.

Hi Stefanie

Welcome to the forums. This company will be able to consolidate any of your unsecured debts which may be appearing in your credit report.

Since you are considering for refinancing, we do not provide consolidation services on the secured debts.

Before refinancing, please do an extensive research while choose your mortgage company or bank. There are some agencies that require you to take your property out of your trust before they start up the refinance procedure. When the refinancing is complete, they transfer the property back into your trust.

As the interest rates are fluctuating, you can always choose to refinance the fixed rate loan at a lower rate if the interest rate is sharply lower to be justified. There is some pre-payment fee involved in it if you pay it before the due date.
