I have a 30 year promissory note drawn in '02 for $10,200 ($65mo) that basically hasn't been paid on for over a year - I took the man to small claims in May for the amount then due and the judge dismissed the suit without predjudice as the man wrote me a check for $100 and agreed to pay me $100 month till the balance got caught up. He hasn't made a June payment and I'm considering going back in and suing for the full amount as the not has an accelerator clause- MN has a $7500
cap for small claims. I'm interested in selling the paper.
