Paying a debt Left by spouse
I have been divorced now for over 7 years and have been paying a debt that my ex left me.
In my divorce decree, he is supposed to help me pay off a second mortgage. He has given me $150.00.
It began as $15,000 I have paid it down to $9,000.
What can I do to get him to pay?

Who is the owner of the debt? In other words, who took the loan, was it a joint account?
if the divorce decree states he is supposed to help, u will have
